Temz Floating Saunas

This sauna has public shifts

TEMZ Floating Saunas provides a wellness experience directly on the River Thames, offering relaxation, recovery, and views of the river. The service includes open sauna and ice bath sessions, as well as private event hire. The saunas are situated on a pontoon, allowing guests to be surrounded by panoramic river views and experience the gentle rocking of the water. The heat from the sauna is intended to promote muscle relaxation, and when combined with cold therapy, it aims to improve circulation and sleep. Private hire of the pontoon is available for up to 8 people in 50-minute slots. Open sessions are also available in 50-minute slots. The service focuses on community and supporting mental health.
