Skyfire Village is an accommodation destination in Finnish Lapland that offers igloo accommodation amid nature. The village is located on the shore of a lake in a peaceful environment free of light pollution. The igloos feature panoramic windows, double beds, design armchairs, a table, a fireplace and their own toilet. Shower facilities are available at the village sauna. The village also has the Sky Kota restaurant and bar, which offers traditional Lappish food and local delicacies. Skyfire Village is an ecotourism destination that uses solar panels and pellet stoves for heating, and Finnish wood has been used as the building material. Waste is recycled and the amount of waste is minimized. The village is designed to offer the opportunity to experience Lapland's pristine nature and see the northern lights and the starry sky.
