Pulse Club, Fulham

This sauna has public shifts

The destination is a club offering sauna and ice bath facilities. It features one large, bespoke sauna that operates between 85 and 95°C, alongside four cold plunges with temperatures ranging from 3 to 10°C. The premises include showers, lockers, and changing rooms, with towels provided. Sessions are 75 minutes in duration, allowing individuals to move between heat and cold at their own pace. The club also offers specific sessions such as silent, women's-only, or sleep-reset options. Swimwear is required at all times, and sessions are generally mixed unless otherwise indicated. The club opened in February 2026 and has established a regular clientele from surrounding areas. Private hire of the sauna and plunges is available for groups.
