OK20's premises are located on the lowest floor of the building and consist of two separate event spaces, a large and a small side, with a sauna in between them. The premises are suitable for organizing, for example, sauna and singing evenings, sitz parties and meetings. The large side has room for about 40 people and the small side for about 20 people. Both spaces have tables and chairs as well as a kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, drink fridge and microwave. The sauna has an automatically heating electric stove.
