Vesisamoilijat ry is a paddling club founded in 1950, based in Lahti. The club has two paddling centers: Kahvisaari on the shore of Lake Vesijärvi and the Joutjärvi paddling stadium. Kahvisaari serves in particular as a base for touring paddling, with equipment sheds and rentable spaces as well as the Finnish Paddling Museum. The club engages hobbyists of all ages, from children to seniors, and organizes, among other things, paddling courses, trips and evening paddling sessions in the summer.
