Although Björkö is located in the outer archipelago, it is also possible to visit it by connecting ferry, which departs from Kirjais in Nauvo. The trip on the Falkö vessel, which shuttles along Nauvo's southern route, is free of charge for passengers, but it must be booked in advance by calling the vessel.
