Ossin's sauna is a small sauna facility located in the basement of Otakaari 18. The space can be easily adapted for various purposes thanks to easily movable furniture. It has a separate lounge area, a bar counter, and table and chair space for 16 people, and it is suitable for about 30 people. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and coffee maker, as well as tableware for 24 people. The sauna is turned on by the users themselves. The entrance is accessible, and there is an accessible toilet. There is accessible access to the changing room, shower facilities and the sauna.
