Kumpula Outdoor Pool is one of Finland's oldest public outdoor pool facilities, built for the 1952 Olympics and now the third oldest outdoor pool in Finland. It is located about five kilometers from central Helsinki, with good transport connections. Services and activities - Pools: 25 m pool, diving pool (depth 4.4 m), children's pool, and wading pool. Diving platforms are available at various heights (1, 3, 5, 7.5, and 10 m) - Exercise and play: Outdoor gym (City Line during bed season), beach volleyball and basketball courts, a play area and picnic lawns invite you to hang up the rush of everyday life. The area also offers regular guided deep-water aqua aerobics - Extra effectiveness: Water jogging belts are available for loan, and the changing rooms have lockable cabinets (a plastic card works as a deposit, or a loan card can be obtained at the cash register) - Services: The café serves guests in summer (weekdays 9–19, Sundays 10–18), and washing facilities and saunas are also available (open on Wednesdays from 9 am for cleaning) - Parking: There is a paid parking area on site (approx. 1 €/h)
