Lemmenhotelli is a band center located in Lauttasaari, offering music enthusiasts rehearsal spaces, studio services, and party and sauna facilities for rent. Long-term rehearsal spaces are available to tenants around the clock. In addition to the more permanent spaces, the center has a furnished 24 square meter rehearsal room called Bunkkeri in the basement, which is rented on an hourly or monthly basis. A separate recording studio also operates in connection with the center. In addition to music activities, the company rents out a 120 square meter party space suitable for gatherings of about 40 people. The equipment of the space, located in the basement, includes a kitchen, a lounge area, and sauna and shower facilities that can be opened for use for an additional fee.
