A dedicated recovery space located within Putney BJJ, featuring a traditional Finnish sauna (85-90°C) and a Monk cold plunge ice bath (3-5°C). The facility offers contrast therapy sessions designed to aid muscle recovery and boost mental clarity. Customers can book the entire private suite for themselves or a group, or book individual slots in shared sessions (limited to 4 people). Amenities include an in-room shower, complimentary towels, and MALIN+GOETZ skincare products.
