The activity is centered around an old school district, whose buildings have been repurposed for retreat use. The place is situated amid nature, which supports the center's goal of offering visitors rest and a break from everyday busyness. Accommodation is arranged in a log building completed in 1908, which offers rooms for two and three people as well as dormitories. In the adjacent building, completed in 1957, are the practice hall, dining hall, and shared lounge areas with a library. The whole complex is designed to serve especially practitioners of shakta yoga and retreat guests who appreciate the historical atmosphere and the surrounding tranquility.
