This sauna has public shifts

The VesiVeijari Swimming Centre has a 25 m swimming pool, a diving pool, a water aerobics pool, a therapy pool, a children's pool, a wading pool, a cold pool and two whirlpools. The swimming centre is the only swimming hall in Finland that also has a smoke sauna on its premises. In winter, the private-booking saunas serve, together with the outdoor cold pool, as public winter swimming saunas. In summer there is an outdoor pool area with a large pool, a children's pool and a cold pool, as well as a water slide, a barbecue shelter and a sunbathing area. VesiVeijari was completed in 1985 and turned 40 in 2025. The swimming centre was extended and renovated in 2006. Visitor numbers have grown every year and the swimming hall is operating at the limits of its capacity. In 2024 the swimming centre had about 257,000 swimmers, which is 4,000 more than the previous year. The swimming hall will require a renovation in the coming years, in connection with which a 50 m swimming pool will probably also be built.
