Wasa Wellness is a multidisciplinary wellness centre. The company is located in a historic building over 130 years old, which originally served as a public sauna built in the late 19th century, known at the time as Ridge Sauna. Today, the premises host a number of entrepreneurs from various wellness fields, offering their services to both private clients and businesses. The centre's range of services covers a wide variety of physical treatments, such as massage, reflexology, cosmetologist services and full-body treatments. In addition, there are services focused on the balance of mind and body, including yoga, qigong, nutritional counselling, coaching, as well as individual, couples and family therapy. Besides individual appointments, the company organises services aimed at groups, such as sauna packages and wellness programmes for workplace communities. It is also possible to rent the centre's premises for hosting various events of one's own.
