The Saaronniemi winter swimming spot is located in the Ruissalo Camping area at Saaronniemi beach. The main building has separate changing facilities for men and women, with toilets, showers and lockable storage lockers. The lockers work with a deposit. There are separate saunas for men and women, and the men's side also serves as a mixed sauna, where a swimsuit is worn. The walkways to the sauna and the ice hole are made of concrete and wood, and they are treated regularly to prevent slipping. The walkways to the ice hole are lit, and the ice hole is kept open with the help of pumps. The facilities can also be booked outside swimming hours.
