Työväentalo Toivola (Workers' House Toivola) is located in the Lievestuore urban area of Laukaa. Owned by Laukaan Demarit ry (Laukaa Social Democrats) and designed by Antti Väisänen, the log building was originally built in 1915, and it has been extended and renovated on several occasions over the decades. The building, which is in year-round use, has a floor area of 445 square meters and is suitable for events of up to 300 people. The premises are rented out for meetings, celebrations, and various hobby and public events, such as dances, bingo, and flea markets. The building includes a 126-square-meter banquet hall, a 59-square-meter stage with sets and lighting, a restaurant area, restrooms, and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. Tenants also have access to tableware for meals, coffee, and champagne for 100 people, as well as 250 chairs. In addition, the building has sauna facilities, a fireplace room, a backstage room for performers, and meeting equipment including a data projector, a projection screen, and a flip chart.
