Embers Sauna is a custom-built, wood-fired barrel sauna located at The Lake in Cromhall Quarry. It offers an authentic Finnish-style sauna experience with views of the crystal-clear water, perfect for combining heat therapy with cold water swimming. The sauna seats up to 10 people and provides both communal and private hire sessions. Facilities include a cold-water shower for cooling off.
