This sauna has public shifts

Halfway along the Hetta–Pallas hiking route, near the reservable hut, there is a sauna and a pond (Haukkalampi). The site is hard to reach: 27–28 km of hiking to the sauna depending on the direction. The site is not accessible during the spring thaw. A real gem in the middle of the national park and, during a hike, an ideal place to get to the sauna and wash up. The sauna can be used in one-hour men's, women's or mixed sauna shifts. During a mixed shift, a towel or swimwear must be used. There is a small usage fee for the sauna.
