Haapasaari excursion center is located on Lake Saimaa, about a kilometer's boat trip from the harbor of Imatra. The area has spacious kitchen and sauna buildings as well as cabin huts. There is plenty of room for various activities in the camp's yard area. Hikers have access to a campfire spot and a grill shelter. The sauna has two separate changing rooms. You need to bring your own drinking water.
