Manchester's first dedicated sauna and ice bath facility, located in the Northern Quarter near Piccadilly. The facility features the UK's largest sauna and two large ice baths. It offers both 'Free Flow' sessions for self-guided contrast therapy and guided classes that incorporate breathwork, sound healing, and meditation.
