This sauna has public shifts

The area has a swimming spot shaped out of a sand pit and a sauna building. The municipality of Marttila decided to build a new sauna in its 2024 budget. The new sauna building has larger and better-placed changing and washing facilities as well as a considerably larger and more usable sauna. Accessibility has also been taken into account in the design of the sauna building. The old sauna will be renovated into a lounge area and an accessible toilet will be built in it. The new sauna building was already completed for the summer of 2025. The aim is to have the old sauna's facilities also renovated for their new purpose by the end of 2025. The single-visit fee for public sessions is €5, paid on site in cash or with a swimming ticket bought in advance. You can buy ten-visit swimming tickets from the central office of the municipal hall or from the library for €43.
