Located in the heart of Shoreditch, The Sanctuary at &Soul is a social wellness hub designed for connection and restorative practices. It features a large 40-person sauna designed in collaboration with sauna master Katie Bracher, hosting Aufguss ceremonies and unique events like sauna raves, alongside an alcohol-free bar and movement studios.
