Järvenpää Swimming Hall has a main pool, a teaching pool, a massage pool, a multi-purpose pool, a cold pool as well as a toddlers' pool and a youth pool. The main pool has six 25-metre lanes with starting blocks. Its water temperature is about 27 degrees, and the depth varies from 1.3 metres to 2.1 metres. A person lift is available at the main pool. The multi-purpose pool's temperature is about 32 degrees, and in connection with it there is a screen available for customers for HydroHex water aerobics. The massage pool has seated and standing bubble spots as well as neck massage points. The water temperature of the cold pool is 6–9 degrees. In connection with both the men's and women's changing rooms there are two saunas, one of which is at a basic temperature and the other hotter. There is also a gym on the lower floor of the swimming hall. There is a café next to the swimming hall's ticket sales.
