Sauna and Ice Hole Association, based in Pyhtää, maintains a sauna and winter swimming spot aimed at cherishing traditions and promoting healthy lifestyles. The association welcomes both seasoned veterans and first-timers to discover the secrets of the sport. Its activities focus on a sense of community and on increasing wellbeing by the water and the sauna heat. During public sessions, anyone can come and enjoy the sauna and the ice hole. As a benefit, supporting members of the association are offered a discount on sessions as well as the opportunity for independent morning swims between 7 and 10 a.m.
