Koto House is a modern villa completed in 2018, located in a peaceful spot on the shore of Dragsfjärden. The villa has three bedrooms, large windows and warm-spirited interior design. Outside there are terraces leading to a private sandy beach, a design hot tub and a wood-heated shoreline sauna. A well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a fireplace and comfortable sleeping quarters make staying here relaxing. The accommodation includes two bedrooms in the main building, a loft with four beds and a bedroom in the sauna building that is available in the summer. Guests have kayaks, a rowing boat and fishing equipment at their disposal, and the outdoor areas also have a charcoal grill and a dining set. The property is pet-friendly and is located about a two-hour drive from Helsinki.
