Suvimaja is a traditional beach sauna maintained by the Fellowship of the Karkkila Workers' Institute, located on the shore of Lake Kovelojärvi. Built in 1938, Suvimaja operates during the summer season as a sauna spot open to everyone, combining a sense of community, volunteer spirit and relaxation close to nature. In 2025, a new accessible restroom building was completed at Suvimaja, which meets environmental protection regulations and improves the usability of the area.
