Äventyrsbanan Stockholm is an outdoor adventure park and event company located in the forests of Älta in Nacka, just south of Stockholm. The main focus is on active nature experiences. Äventyrsbanan Stockholm offers a rustic, wood-fired sauna experience located in a scenic setting by Lake Sandasjön in Nacka, just outside Stockholm. The sauna, which has been a feature of the area for over 100 years, is designed to be in harmony with nature; it operates without electricity (using solar power for lighting) and has no running water or showers. Instead, guests can cool off in the lake, where an ice hole is kept open during the winter. The facility accommodates approximately 15 people and includes two changing cubicles and an anteroom. Outside, there is a large table and a fireplace suitable for grilling or picnics. The sauna is rented privately for 3-hour sessions on a self-service basis, where guests receive a key code in advance.
