Fankkeen Helmi provides facilities for many kinds of events, from meetings to evening gatherings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, celebrations, Christmas parties and other recreational occasions. The premises are suitable for use by associations, companies, sports clubs, groups of friends and families alike. Fankkeen Helmi consists of a meeting and lounge area, a kitchen corner, and a sauna section. The lounge area has a meeting and dining table suitable for 12 people, as well as a sofa group. The equipment includes a refrigerator, a table oven, a microwave oven, and a coffee and water kettle. On the large outdoor terrace there is a hot tub and, during summer, table groups. In the yard area there are opportunities for versatile activities and exercise, for example beach volleyball and petanque, and equipment and guidance are available.
