OPEN SAUNA MAPThe Sacred Sauna is a unique, immersive sauna experience located in the industrial Slakthusområdet district of Stockholm, Sweden. Distinctly positioning itself as "not a spa," it focuses on presence, feeling, and recovery rather than traditional luxury. The facility offers two main experiences: "Sacred Sessions," which are 60-minute guided rituals combining heat, cold, breathwork, and music led by sauna operators, and "Open Sauna" sessions for self-guided bathing. The venue features a large sauna capable of hosting groups and cold plunge pools for contrast therapy.
