The studio provides a diverse schedule of classes, ranging from hot, energizing yoga flows, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa to aerial yoga, functional strength training, and sound healing. Designed for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners, the focus is on mindful movement rather than performance. In addition to group classes, the studio features a traditional hot stone sauna that can be booked for private sessions (accommodating 2 to 3 people). Concrete Jungle serves as an urban oasis designed to help visitors recharge, find balance, and feel more at home in their bodies.
