Wild Dook Sauna is a mobile, wood-fired wellness experience housed in a converted horsebox. Primarily located on the banks of Kirk Loch in Lochmaben, it offers a traditional Nordic sauna experience combined with the invigorating practice of wild swimming (or 'dooking') in the loch. The sessions are designed to foster community and connection with nature in the heart of Dumfries and Galloway.
