Myllytalo is a family business located in Hämeenlinna, offering accommodation, wellness services, and party and meeting facilities in a farmhouse courtyard. The company's operations are divided between the services offered at the main property in Hämeenlinna and the Wanhan Koulun Rauhan complex located in Hattula, at the former Pelkola school. The accommodation facilities have been renovated into an early 1900s stable and cowshed building, which now contains three apartment-hotel-type units. The two-level Talli (Stable) apartment accommodates up to six people and includes a kitchenette, living area, and sleeping loft. The Navetta (Cowshed) apartment is a single-level, four-person dwelling with two bedrooms. The third unit is the three-person Paja (Workshop) apartment, mainly available on weekends and during holiday periods. All accommodation units have their own kitchen equipment and toilet and shower facilities, and a breakfast package delivered to the unit can be ordered. The courtyard houses the LatoSpa sauna department, built into an old wooden barn. Its core is a wood-heated, single-firing stove, and in addition to the sauna, the complex includes an outdoor hot tub and a covered lounge area. The company also provides various wellness services, such as physiotherapy, massage, peat treatments, sound bowl relaxation, as well as yoga classes and workshops focused on body awareness or breathing.
