Green Zone Golf is located on the border between Tornio and Haparanda, and it is globally known for the fact that the course spreads across two countries and two time zones. Of the 18-hole course, 11 fairways are located on the Swedish side and 7 on the Finnish side, allowing shots to be played from one country to another and between time zones. The midsummer nightless night allows playing around the clock. The clubhouse is accompanied by the Green Zone Bistro restaurant, the caddiemaster's office, and facilities for changing and washing up. For practice, the area has a range, short game areas, and a Par 3 course open to everyone. The teaching offering includes Green Card courses, themed lessons, and junior coaching, and during the winter season, the hobby continues at the Meri-Lapin golf hall with simulators. The range of services is completed by equipment rental, a Pro Shop, and a campsite.
