OPEN SAUNA MAPA Nordic-inspired, wood-fired sea sauna overlooking the Atlantic Ocean at Croyde Bay. The facility features a panoramic window for coastal views, a cold water plunge bath for contrast therapy, and access to heated indoor changing rooms and hot showers. It is part of the Surfing Croyde Bay surf school and cafe complex, located at Baggy Lodge.
