Alexia House is a business and activity house located in the heart of Karjaa. The center offers stylish and well-equipped meeting and sauna facilities with a swimming pool for rent, for groups of up to 20 people. Room rentals can be combined with your own catering or an ordered catering service, as well as guided programs such as group exercise. The building also houses a roughly 200-square-meter 3rd Floor space, which is rented out for various guided activities and events. Alexia House also offers property management services and rents out offices, work rooms, and small storage units for business use. Several different companies operate in the same building, such as the gym Alexia Fitness Club, a travel agency, and various social and healthcare service providers.
