This sauna has public shifts

Kivilahti Wellness Center is located in Suolahti, on the shore of Lake Keitele. The center provides facilities for the wellbeing of body and mind, and its activities focus on courses, training, retreats and various treatment services. The treatment selection includes both traditional and modern methods, such as energy treatments, red light treatments and low-frequency vibration treatments. Accommodation is available on request both for individual travelers and larger groups. The area has two lakeside saunas as well as a fireplace lounge suitable for group events of up to about 15 people. The center also organizes public sauna sessions and winter swimming for the public, and recreational equipment such as rowboats or SUP boards can be rented there. Kivilahti's facilities are also rented out to external operators for organizing their own events and occasions.
