Sawna Cwm Cynfal is a hand-crafted, wood-fired 'hobbit style' sauna located in the Cynfal Valley within Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park. Situated on private land near Llan Ffestiniog, it offers a tranquil wellness experience with scenic mountain views. The facility includes an adjoining changing room, a cold plunge tub, and hot and cold showers for a complete heat and cold therapy experience.
