On the shore of Lake Vesijärvi stands a manor owned by the city of Lahti, which has been leased to a private entrepreneur. The Beach sauna is located in the immediate vicinity of Mukkula Manor. The saunas got their name in the early 1900s from the von Hausen family, the couple who managed the manor. On public shifts, women and men have separate facilities and saunas.
