The Hornstull Sauna is a publicly operated floating facility managed by the City of Stockholm. The venue features a sauna cabin, a sun deck, outdoor showers, and an adjacent swimming area. The entire facility, including the access ramp and the sauna benches, is wheelchair accessible, with the interior seating adaptable to accommodate one wheelchair at a time. Operating daily, the facility offers 90-minute sessions that can be booked up to 30 days in advance. Time slots are pre-assigned for men, women, or mixed groups, and the total session time includes the time needed for changing clothes. Visitors are required to wear swimwear throughout their visit and must sit on a towel while inside the sauna. The changing room is a shared space for all guests. Small lockable lockers are provided on-site to secure valuables such as phones and keys, though there are no lockable storage options for clothing or larger belongings.
