OPEN SAUNA MAPLa'al Sauna offers a wood-fired sauna experience in converted horseboxes, situated on the shoreline of Coniston Water at Bank Ground Farm. The location provides direct access to the lake for cold water swimming and is adjacent to the Swallows and Amazon Cafe.
