The guild house of the Oulu Guild of Architecture, also known as the House of the Three Maidens, is a wooden building constructed in 1828. The house was originally located in the center of Oulu on Isokatu, from where it has been moved to Pikisaari. The venue is rented out for organizing various celebrations, weddings, meetings, and sauna evenings. At events, guests are allowed to bring their own food and beverages. On the upper floor, i.e. the parade floor, of the building is an Empire-style hall, with table seating dimensioned for about 40 people. On the same floor there is also a kitchen and two separate side rooms. On the lower floor of the house are the sanitary facilities and the sauna section. Adjoining the sauna is a spacious fireplace room intended for cooling off.
