Sauna Central Cromwell

This sauna has public shifts

Sauna Central is located in the Central Otago region, on the shore of Cromwell, and offers a unique mobile sauna experience: a wood-fired stove, a sauna built from natural materials, and a panoramic window facing the mountains and waterways. During the session, hot steam is combined with cooling off in the lake or the cold pool in use. Private sessions and small groups are possible and can be booked in advance.
