Norvajärvi Camp Center

This sauna has public shifts

The parish acquired the Kuokkanen farm on the shore of Norvajärvi in 1960. The farm's buildings were used for the parish's camp activities. In the early stages, campers had to travel there across the lake, until a road to the area was completed in 1968. The current camp and course center, completed in 1992, is an extension to the earlier camp center completed in 1974. The parish organizes sauna evenings.
