Hilton Helsinki Strand is a seaside hotel near the center of Helsinki, on the shore of Hakaniemi. The hotel has 190 rooms, many of which open onto a view of the sea or a quiet inner courtyard. The rooms are decorated in a simple Scandinavian style, and feature large windows, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a minibar. The hotel has received the Nordic Swan Ecolabel in recognition of its environmental friendliness. The sauna department, located on the eighth floor, offers magnificent sea views. The sauna department has a women's sauna, a men's sauna, and two reservable saunas, one of which is larger (max 10 people) and the other smaller (max 4 people), which can be combined for use by up to 14 people. A sauna slot lasts 2 hours, and prices start at 190 euros. Sauna guests also have access to a heated swimming pool (9 m x 3 m, 25 °C), a gym, and towels, bathrobes and slippers. All the saunas have access to their own terrace for cooling off outside.
