O‑Studio Queenstown is a modern wellness centre offering a sauna and ice bath combo, float therapy, massage and a recovery space with top-of-the-line equipment. The space is designed to support the wellbeing of both body and mind: private infrared saunas and cold plunge pools for contrast therapy, two float pods for deep relaxation and calm, and specially trained massage therapists with targeted treatments. The communal and welcoming environment supports both getting away from everyday life and goal-oriented recovery. The services are available flexibly: open from morning until late, and you can join with a day pass, among other options.
