Founded by sisters Jayne and Tina Ronaldson, the retreat offers wood-fired Estonian barrel saunas, cold water plunge pools, and bath pods for contrast therapy. It features both social communal sessions and private rentals, set in a tranquil rural environment with changing facilities and a fire pit.
