Y Sawna is a mobile wood-fired sauna located at Keeper's Pond near Blaenavon in the Brecon Beacons (Bannau Brycheiniog). It offers a traditional sauna experience right on the water's edge of a popular wild swimming spot. The setup includes two mobile sauna trailers and cold-dip barrels, operating typically on Sundays and Mondays. It provides a unique way to combine the benefits of heat with year-round outdoor swimming.
