The Gate of the Baltic Sea is a shareholder-owned home and guest marina located on an island. The marina offers berths for vessels of various sizes, with mooring at the piers by means of booms or buoys. Electricity and drinking water points are available on the piers. Sanitary and shower facilities as well as shared public saunas are available to visitors. The area also has beach saunas available for rent for private use, whose availability varies depending on the time of the summer season. Other service facilities include a laundry room, a dishwashing area, a waste sorting point and a septic tank pump-out station. In addition, there is a small sandy beach in the marina area. There is a restaurant on the island serving à la carte dishes and hosting various dinners and private events. Complementary boating services, such as equipment sales, maintenance and winter storage, are available nearby.
