OPEN SAUNA MAPBillnäs Ironworks is a historical site that offers visitors accommodation, restaurant services, and venues for meetings and celebrations. Founded in 1641, the ironworks is located in a beautiful river valley about an hour's drive from Helsinki. The area's industrial past is still present: old buildings, such as the Big Forge and the Drawing Office, have found new life as event venues and hotel spaces. Accommodation is available in 43 unique hotel rooms and apartments, located among other places in the former Drawing Office. The ironworks' old village shop, Bruksboden, has found new life as a rental sauna and a venue for meetings or celebrations. The meeting room and the separate auditorium can each accommodate 21 guests. The auditorium also serves as a movie theater. The sauna building and its yard offer a view of the Mustionjoki riverside landscape and the ironworks.
