Hyperion

Hyperion is a residential tower located in Vuosaari, Helsinki, completed in 2023. It is part of a new group of tower buildings situated north of the Hansa Terminal. The building was designed by Arkkitehtitoimisto Ala and stands 85 metres tall, making it one of the tallest buildings in Finland. The tower has 24 floors and over 200 apartments. The architectural hallmark of the building is its facade, made of aluminium anodised in dark brown and golden tones. The shades of the facade shift depending on the direction and intensity of the light. On the top floor of the building are the residents' shared sauna facilities, a rooftop terrace and a club room, offering wide views over the sea and across Helsinki.
