Lomamaja Pekonen is a family business located in the center of Muonio, along the Jerisjoki and Muonionjoki rivers. The company has been offering accommodation for over 60 years. Available options include rooms, separate cabins, or semi-detached apartments. Most of the accommodations have their own sauna and kitchen. The camping area has electrical caravan sites on the bank of the Jerisjoki river as well as camping cabins for 2–4 people. Services include showers, toilets, a dishwashing area, and water filling and sewage emptying. Guests live in the middle of an authentic Lappish village environment, and the owners live in the same yard.
